Lee Park is the founder, owner and operator of an online mental health clinic, Canada Online Therapy.

Lee carries her Masters of Counselling Psychology from McGill University, her Honours Psychology from Saint Mary's University. Lee carries her EMDRIA certificate for EMDR, ICEEFT certificate for EFT-C, and EFT, extensive training for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy from Argyle Institute, along with extensive CBT research from McGill Psychoeducational clinic - to name a few of her recent trainings.

When Lee is not with her beloved therapy clients, you can find her taking care of her fur children by driving to local farms to ensure they support animals treated with kindness (since her fur kids are not quite as vegetarian as she would like), ensuring that her fur children's needs are met without compromising the basic standard of kindness that all beings deserve.

Lee sees taking care of her fur kids as the highest privilege. 

She presents them with charcuterie boards and loves layering their beds and furniture with fresh cuddle blankets, and making fresh play mats on the floor that they go nuts for.

Lee believes these are basic practices standard for family members. Lee carries a foundational belief that providing excellent care for the self, those we care for is a fundamental duty for boosting mood, living in flow, joy, gratitude.
Lee believes in holistic preventative health, self-healing.
